DESCRIPTION;
Finding the perfect balance between classic and contemporary, the focal point of this confident Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Control Date Men’s Watch is the silvered, satin-brushed sector dial inspired by the sector dials used to orient soldiers during the war.
Channelling a harmonious aesthetic, the dial also features blue skeletonized baton style hands and a blue central seconds hand, which complement the rich blue alligator leather strap.
Providing enhanced performance and ultimate precision, this highly functional timepiece is driven by automatic calibre 899/1 movement, secured within a 39mm stainless steel case and protected by scratch resistant sapphire crystal glass.

Limited Edition of 5,957 pieces world-wide: An exceptional example of this pre-owned stainless steel 42mm case size gentleman’s manual wind Omega Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch ’50th anniversary patch’ (311.30.42.30.01.001) featuring a stunning black dial with luminous baton hour markers and golden Seahorse medallion embossed at 12 O’clock surrounded by a black tachymetre bezel.
This particular watch is on a stainless steel Omega Speedmaster bracelet and comes with its original box (worn inside), operating instructions and warranty card manufactured by Omega in 2007.
To celebrate its half-century of life, the words ‘50th Anniversary’ crown the golden seahorse featured at 12 o’clock on the dial. The hour and minutes hands, the central chronograph seconds hand and baton indexes have been highlighted with Super-LumiNova for maximum legibility in any conditions -on earth or in space. Although the original 1957 Speedmaster featured the iconic “Broad Arrow” hands, these were replaced in 1963 with “Dauphine” hands. Being slimmer, they create more space on the dial for a clearer view of the three counters with 12 hour, 30 minute and 60 second totalisers that proved vital on the Apollo 13 mission. As a tribute to its space legacy, the hands on this watch are white, just like those on the Apollo 11 mission to the Moon. The Arabic numerals on the counters and on the characteristic black aluminium tachymeter scale on the bezel have been designed with maximum clarity and legibility in mind. A scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment protects the dial of this Limited Series Moonwatch.

This particular watch comes on a stainless steel Omega Speedmaster bracelet and is complete with its impressive anniversary box, Velcro strap, eye glass and all relevant paperwork being originally UK supplied as new in August 2019.
The Speedmaster is one of OMEGA’s most iconic timepieces, having been a part of all six moon landings. Celebrating the 50th anniversary of Apollo 11 in 1969, OMEGA presents this Limited Edition model of 6,969 pieces.
The watch includes a 42 mm case in stainless steel with a polished 18K Moonshine Gold bezel. The bezel ring is polished black ceramic [ZrO2] with an OMEGA Ceragold tachymeter scale. There is a varnished grey and black dial with all indexes and hands in 18K Moonshine Gold – except the central chronograph seconds hand, which is PVD-coated in Moonshine Gold. A unique hour marker is positioned at 11 o’clock, and there is a distinctive 9 o’clock subdial in 18K Moonshine Gold with a laser-engraved image of Buzz Aldrin climbing down onto the lunar surface.
The NAIAD LOCK caseback reveals numerous engravings, while a laser-engraved astronaut’s footprint is positioned on a medallion under the sapphire crystal. 18K Moonshine Gold-plated lettering includes the quote: “THAT’S ONE SMALL STEP FOR A MAN” and “ONE GIANT LEAP FOR MANKIND”.
The watch is presented on a polished-brushed metallic bracelet and comes with an additional Velcro strap with black-coated cork. Inside, it is powered by the OMEGA Master Chronometer Calibre 3861.

A RARE AND SPECIAL TIMEPIECE. IN EXCEPTIONAL ORIGINAL CONDITION.
The Apnea is a comparatively rare and collectible dive watch in Omega’s iconic Seamaster series, and is named for the biological term for suspension of breathing.
The watch was made in honour of legendary diver Jacques Mayol, and released in 2003, two years after his death.
Mayol was one of the most extraordinary divers in history; he is known for his almost supernatural ability to hold his breath and slow his heart rate in water.
The watch has a remarkable and highly unique chronograph function. As the second hand times each minute, the circles in the top half of the dial turn red, one at a time, in a 7-minute cycle; they then return to white for a further 7 minutes.

This is a stainless steel Omega Speedmaster Professional, reference 3592.5000. It has an integral stainless steel bracelet with an Omega fold over deployant clasp, and a scratch-resistant hesalite crystal and sapphire back with anti-reflective treatment on both sides. The screw-down solid polished case back reads: “Speedmaster Apollo XI, First watch worn on the moon.” The black bezel has a tachymeter scale to 500 UPH, round chronograph pushbuttons, and a winding crown protected by a crown guard. The 42mm diameter solid three-body case, straight lugs, and flat bezel are polished/brushed. The dial is black with luminous baton hands, a luminous centre sweep chronograph hand, and luminous baton hour markers around an outer minute/one-fifth second track. There are three registers, including a constant small seconds subsidiary dial at 9 o’clock, a 12-hour chronograph indicator at 6 o’clock, and a 30-minute totalizer at 3 o’clock. It has a 48-hour power reserve at full wind, and it’s water resistant to 50 meters/165 feet. The 13.5mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.
The mechanical manual winding Omega caliber 863 movement is the same chronograph movement that was used on the Moon. It’s rhodium-plated, and the baseplate has circular graining. The bridges have cotes-de-Geneve embellishment; levers and bridges have polished edges. It’s constructed with 18 jewels, a shock absorber device, and a straight-line lever escapement. It includes a monometallic balance, a self-compensating flat balance spring, and an index regulator. The mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3 Hz).
This Omega Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch Sapphire Sandwich, reference 3592.5000, was produced from early to mid 1990’s
Reference 3592.50 with “Apollo XI” engraved in the case back, but not numbered. The 3592.50 with the “Apollo XI” engraving in the case back was used till 1995 for the unnumbered version. A rare and desirable model.
