Model:
The Omega Speedmaster is one of the most iconic chronograph models ever made. Famously, it was a Speedmaster Professional that Buzz Aldrin wore when he stepped onto the moon in 1969. The flat black bezel is calibrated for tachymeter and the steel case has flaring sides with combinations of polished and satin finishes. The stainless steel bracelet is detachable and this watch may be worn with a strap if preferred. Named the ‘Reduced’ Speedmaster this model has a slightly smaller case diameter of 39mm rather than the 42mm diameter of the standard Speedmaster, it is also an automatic rather than manually wound version of the Speedmaster family.

The Megaquartz was produced following the beta 21 movement era and is one of the most precise quartz calibers ever produced with just one second loss per month. That can be adjusted by pushing the corrector on the side of the case!
Our research shows that only 1000 pieces were produced of this reference and furthermore only 100 with the “Aventurine” stardust dial. The stardust effect is obtained by sprinkling a layer of aventurine crystal dust onto a layer of fiberglass and metal. Most of them have cracked…
The case is thick, sharp with super strong edges and original proportions. 32mm x 49mm make it a oversized watch totally contemporary looking.
The stardust dial is really exciting and has no blemishes or cracks. It’s really like gazing at a starry night sky!
The bracelet is fully linked and is in exceptional condition.
